Machinery

The facility is equipped with various high-end machineries, which, thanks to specific functions , are able to deal with all kinds of working needs, from milling to erosion , producing every single mould part.

The production department has various types of 3-axis milling machines in-house: Mikron for the production of medium-sized linear parts, Isper for the production of copper or graphite electrodes. Next we find the 5-axis milling machines with Mikron swivel rotary table or with Fagima rotary table and head, or with gantry in the case of Fpt.

To complete processing, we use Fanuc brand machines for microdrilling, wire erosion, and for plunge erosion we have relied on the Ona house.
