The company Bazzichet Stampi has always been active in the field of mould construction for plastic materials (1K-2K-3K) and die-casting using continuously technologically updated machinery, so that we can meet every need to produce complex artifacts of excellent quality in limited time.

Decades of experience allow us to present ourselves on the market as an effective workshop in mechanical processing for single components and complete moulds making precision a constant in milling, wire erosion and plunge milling.

Furthermore, we offer assistance in performing maintenance and modifications on pre-existing moulds by also making use of the laser welding machine.

Upstream we provide the customer with all our experience and expertise to have quality molds at the right cost by finding the appropriate manufacturing solutions.

feasibility study and design

In case the customer needs such support, we can offer the service of product study, reverse engineering, and then move on to 3D mould design.

development and programming

Using VISICAM software we go on to create strategies and machine programming to make the individual parts that once assembled will have the technical characteristics to run the mould.

Once the strategy and individual programs have been created, everything arrives at the machine tools where specialized operators verify the correct progress of the operations
After each processing operation by means of the BLUM probe and dedicated software, we check the part from a dimensional point of view and then, if necessary, touch up the points that are not in tolerance without removing the part from the machine. This allows us to reduce the number of adjustments at the bench..

assembly and functional testing

To conclude the work, the parts are assembled and the proper functioning of the mold is verified mechanically, electrically, and hydraulically in the case of complex moulds that are to use hot injection systems and hydraulic movements.

press tests and pre-series productions

We cooperate with companies that offer mould testing services and limited sampling to field test our product.
If there is a need, we can refer the customer for mass production of the plastic or light alloy parts to companies suitable for the type of moulded product in terms of required quality and size.
